Los Angeles Dodgers Community Night

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) will host 1,000 pre-selected families for the Dodgers Holiday Festival tomorrow. Families were identified through partnerships with local schools and partner non-profit organizations, along with Dodgers RBI families and LADF grantees.

The Festival includes a holiday light show, LED video displays, and fake snow. More information on the Dodgers Holiday Festival can be found at Dodgers.com/HolidayFestival.

Pre-selected families reside in the neighborhoods surrounding Dodger Stadium and many are from the Dodgers’ “Community of Schools,” a strategic community partnership to improve the education and wellness of children attending local schools (all Title I) and living in communities surrounding Dodger Stadium. Families attending the Dodgers Holiday Festival Tuesday are also from non-profit Dodger partners Crystal Stairs, the Dream Center, No Vet Alone, Union Rescue Mission and the LA Police Baseball Foundation.

Additional invitees include the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation’s Dodgers RBI participants and nonprofit grantees monetarily supported by LADF who are focused on supporting low-income and food insecure foster youth and families: Extraordinary Families and Friends of the Children LA
